Drying/flash times mainly; but along with that improvement; it has improved application, useage and dye back.

The Walcom unit has been very effective; but have not experienced the high humidity summer weather. I am sure it will help even more during the high humidity this summer.

We were looking for a faster dry time in humid weather for our PPG WATERBORN BASECOAT.

The Walcom System surpassed our expectations. Humidity is no longer a facter. What an amazing difference.

It makes better coverage on basecoat, urethane primer dry like it is on steroids, and makes urethane clear flow out of the spray gun with no effort.

All of the PPG products performed faster with a reduction in ounces needed across the board.

I am writing this letter to you to tell you about the great success that we are having with the WALCOM TD3. This unit is as simple as installing in your customer's shop and letting them spray. When our techs try to pick it up a couple of days later, the shop does not want it to leave. It has been the easiest piece of equipment we have ever sold. This unit sells itself. Our customers tell us it improves dry time's production and overall appearance on every job. These units have more than exceeded our expectations. I would recommend these to anyone who sprays water or even solvent. Our techs said they will never do a demo without it and our currently installing one on our Demo Trailer. If anyone has any questions, please do not hesitate to use me as a reference.

The Walcom Thermo Dry System allows us to get cars in and out of the booth faster and cleaner and delivered to the customer faster.

We are able to get approx. 1 or 2 extra cars done daily on average. Cleaner paint jobs means we are spending less time cleaning up paint jobs before delivering. Walcom provides savings with gas usage with faster dry times.

The dryer quickly pays for itself. If any questions arise after purchase, CC Design is quick to respond to any question or concerns that you may have with your new system.

The only thing that I can think of at the time being is, if you give the TD3 a try, you will love the product. We just purchased ours a few months ago and are highly satisfied with this product and we know you will be, too.

My name is Mark Abate, owner of Sound Choice Audio & Performance (SCAP). SCAP installed the TD3 into our down draft paint booth about 2 months ago. The very first time we used the TD3 we could notice a difference in the way the paint was getting sprayed out. We have found that when using the TD3 there is less time needed on the wet sand and buffing, because the clean and heated air coming out of the Walcom TD3 allows the paint to flow out much better than untreated air.
At SCAP we pride ourselves on perfection; with every part we spray we can see the difference the TD3 makes. Our primers are now so flat that we can start sanding with 320, saving us time. And time is money! You can really see a difference in all the materials we spray as for how the Walcom TD3 helps in adding a perfect job. You may have seen our latest car we built; it is the 2010 SCAP Heritage CAMARO. We debuted it at the 2009 SEMA show, where it was recognized as the #1 2010 CAMARO.

I must say, after knowing and working with you for the last 20 years, this is the best product you have brought to my shop. Out of all the products you've brought in, this was the most expensive... but by far the most amazing one. I can't thank you enough for leaving your demo unit with me to try out a few months ago. After testing it a few times I couldn't let you take it back.
Here I sit, less than six months later, overseeing my crew produce higher quality finishes. This product has reduced drying time, lowered my paint consumption and has eliminated loss of brilliancy and spotting.
I emphatically stand behind the TD3 system and highly recommend this unit to any shops looking to increase quality of work as well as productivity. Please have anyone interested in discussing the product call me.
